Welcome and thanks for visiting my site! 

While I believe it's hard to summarize one's identity in a paragraph, here's my attempt: I graduated from Pepperdine University in 2009 as a Doctor of Clinical Psychology, with a passion for working with teens and young adults (e.g., training at Duke University's student counseling center as an individual and group counselor, working as a career coach for at-risk high school students in south Orange County). Prior to that, I obtained my undergraduate degree from USC and had an incredible study abroad experience in Madrid, Spain, which ignited my love of travel and new, unfamiliar experiences. 

I now focus on preventative and strengths-based efforts as a personal life coach (Teen Wisdom Certification) and mindfulness instructor (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens, MBSR-T) emphasizing the mind and body. Helping people move through transitions toward transformation and thriving is my life's purpose. I also teach group reformer Pilates classes and private reformer sessions out of my home.
